How we work together matters as much as what we build. We agree a fixed price up front, deliver in stages and you stay the owner of everything. So you always know where you stand.
We make an estimate first and turn it into a fixed price for the package. No open-ended invoice: you know exactly what it costs up front.
We split the project into parts. After each part we sit down together, and only then does the invoice for that part follow. Final delivery comes with training and the last invoice.
Did we build something wrong, or is there a bug in what we agreed? We fix it within the agreed price. We carry that risk, not you.
We build in two-week sprints, with a demo after each one. You set the priorities on the roadmap: which part first, and what comes next.
A feature that comes up later goes on the backlog and we quote it separately. That keeps the fixed price clean and lets the product grow at your own pace.
