These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Empathree, including workshops, consultancy and software development.
Applicability
These terms apply to every quote, assignment and agreement between Empathree and the client.
Quotes and assignments
Quotes are without obligation and valid for thirty days, unless stated otherwise. An assignment comes into effect upon written confirmation.
Payment
Invoices must be paid within fourteen days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Empathree makes every effort to achieve a good result, but is not liable for indirect damage. Liability is limited to the invoice amount.
