Who are your workshops for?
Empathree's AI workshops are for teams and professionals who want not only to understand AI, but also to use it every day. Programming knowledge is not required. We match the level to the participants, from a first introduction to advanced workflows. Groups are small, between ten and thirty participants depending on the workshop, so there is room for individual questions.
Do you also work on site?
Yes. Empathree runs workshops and programmes both on site at your organisation and online. We also run open workshops in Groningen that you can sign up for as an individual participant. What works best depends on the group size and the goal, and we determine that during the introduction.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a few weeks. After a no-obligation introduction of around thirty minutes, we determine the approach together and schedule the first step. For open workshops in Groningen it is quicker: we confirm your registration within one working day.
Do you also build bespoke software?
Yes. When standard AI tools are not enough, Empathree develops bespoke software that fits your existing processes and systems. Think of bespoke CRMs, integrations between systems that currently involve manual work, and complete AI solutions. Through modern APIs and the MCP protocol we connect AI to almost any application, from Slack and Microsoft 365 to HubSpot and Salesforce.
Is AI actually safe for our data?
That depends on how you set it up. Empathree works in line with the GDPR and runs solutions on European infrastructure where possible, under Dutch law. For each programme we set out in advance which models and processors are used and where data ends up, so there is no grey area afterwards. Important decisions stay with people: AI supports, your team decides.
What does a programme cost?
That depends on the scope and your goals. For open workshops in Groningen there is a fixed price per participant, which is shown on the booking page. In-company workshops, adoption programmes and bespoke software are quoted after an introduction, with a clear tailored quote and no surprises afterwards.
