We introduce the theme, form teams and work out the first ideas.
Teams work on their own challenge. Depending on the chosen focus, they build AI workflows, develop prototypes, learn new AI tools or work on concrete organisational questions.
Each group presents its results. We discuss what works, which ideas show promise and how you can build on them.
