Everyone is doing something with AI. Almost nobody says honestly what went wrong.
At conferences you hear the successes. In the corridors you hear the truth: which tool was dropped again after three weeks, where the time saving actually came from, and what the staff made of it. That corridor is what this evening is.
No consultants reading out a slide. Business owners from the region telling you what happened inside their own company when they started.
Around forty people. Big enough for new faces, small enough to have a real conversation instead of swapping business cards.
We are based in Groningen and work here. You will meet people you run into again afterwards.
Just starting out or three years in, both are fine. The questions from beginners are usually the sharpest ones.

It is and stays a networking event: come and go whenever it suits you. But between the conversations there are tables where we show what we are working on. Pull up a chair, or walk straight past.

At a few tables something real is running. You get to sit behind the screen. Questions are welcome, critical ones even more so.

The demo tables stay up, but the centre of gravity shifts to the conversation. Snacks come round.

De Kantine in Haren.
The living room of Haren: bare walls, green tiles, disco balls on the ceiling and a bar you simply walk up to. Not a meeting room with a projector, and that is entirely the point.

On the Raadhuisplein, right in the centre of Haren. Twenty minutes from Groningen by car or bus, with parking on the square. Haren station is a ten minute walk away.
What to know before you come.
You get two drink tokens on arrival. After that you settle up at the bar yourself. The snacks are on us.
We need to know how many tokens and snacks to arrange. Places are limited, so once it is full, it is full.
Doors open at 15:30 and we wrap up at 18:00. Can you only make it by five? That works too.
A colleague or business partner is welcome. Just say so on the form so we can count you in.
